Delays can happen. We request you call as soon as possible when you know you will be late. We must keep the other patients and doctors on time. If a patient is past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment. Failure to call may result in a No Show.
We understand that there will be times when you must miss you appointment due to emergencies, weather, or other obligations. However, when you do not call to cancel or reschedule, you are preventing another patient from getting their much needed care and treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient also fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for your visit due to a seemingly "full" schedule and lack of availability. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, unless there are extenuating circumstances, a cancellation call is still expected. A $25 fee may be charged prior to being seen by any of our providers. This fee will be applied to your account and will not be billed to insurance.
Three No Shows may result in dismissal from our practice.
These procedures require large blocks of time to be held aside just for you, most of which are an hour or longer. Last minute cancellations can cause problems by delaying your treatment and inability to treat other patients in need. Please call our office at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you are sick, please call us immediately as you start to feel under the weather so we can reschedule you.
Failure to keep or cancel a cosmetic procedure without 48 business hour notice, will result in a $100 non-refundable fee, unless there are extenuating circumstances which must be approved by the nurse and provider. In addition, a $250 deposit will be required upon scheduling your next appointment for any future cosmetic procedures by our providers.
Cosmetic Procedures such as Botox, Fillers, IPL Laser, Chemical Peels, MicroNeedling, Kybella, and cosmetic removals by providers are cash pay the day of service. No exemptions. New Patient Cosmetic Procedures for Filler and Kybella require a $250 deposit at the time you make your appointment.
Patients who are self pay must pay a minimum of $154.00 PRIOR to being seen by the provider. Any additional charges accrued and agreed upon while seeing the provider will be due prior to leaving the office.
Patients with balances over $150 must make payment arrangements or be on a payment plan prior to future appointments being made.
Patients who are covered by insurance will have their insurance billed and they are liable for what insurance does not cover. Co-Pays are due the day of service.
